Children’s Mental Health Week 2025- Today our Wellbeing Champions reminded our whole school about the importance of looking after our mental health. They shared suggestions of who we can talk to and how we might start a conversation to tall about our feelings.

    It is important to look after our mental health, this week is mental health week. However everyday is mental health day, we can learn the 5 ways of keeping our mental health strong, which are:
    1. Be active.
    2. Connect.
    3. Take notice.
    4. Keep learning.
    5. Give.

    This assembly was about mental health. Mental health is when you take care of your mind and your body. One of the things we learnt about is who we could talk to if you have a worry. You could also use a worry box when you feel worried. People like your family members, teachers, headteachers and even assistant teachers. People who can help us in school is your family members, teachers, classmates, friends and classmates.

    This week is mental health week. Our brilliant wellbeing champions reminded us all about how important it is for us to look after our mental health. Our mental helth is extreamly important for not only ourinds but also our physical because if you have a bad mental health you minht not want to go outside and do exercise. The 5 ways of keeping a healthy mind is :
    1 be active
    2 connect
    3 take notice
    4 keep learning
    5 give.
