In our RE lessons we have been learning how Christians use the Bible to help them understand what God is like. Today we were given different texts from the Bible and looked for clues that showed God as holy and loving. Then we split into groups and each group were given one of the texts to investigate in depth.
In the comments are some of the meanings we discussed…

The ways to describe Christianity’s God is that he cares for people and forgives the bad things people do. Holy is a great word to describe god because he never does anything wrong and wants people to have the best life ever! We have the bible so we can learn about Jesus’ life.

The ways to describe about God is that he is holy, loving and forgiving because we know the story of the fall when Adam and Eve did not follow God’s rules and they ate the apple. So God got disappointed and kicked them out. Christians also read the Bible and they believe that God is loving. We also made stained glass windows to describe what God is.
