When we were on the coach it was absolutely freezing! I sat with my friend and talked about the roads. When we arrived it was noisy because Manchester Airport was behind us. We went into this old hall and packed our lunches. The first activity we did was build a small wooden tent. Then we went into a Neolithic shelter and did some things they did in the Stone Age. After that we made a fire with objects like flint. Then it was dinner. Finally I was starving! I ate my spicy crisps and my sandwich. Soon after we went in a barn and there was a lady showing us what a hammer looked like In the Stone Age. She passed it around. We got some straw and destroyed it. Then we went with Steve to this secret room and saw a realistic wild pig face. We went in a garden and planted seeds with tools. I was shocked when Mrs Bain said it was time to go! When we got on the coach i was really sad. 10 minutes later I saw 3 super cars! When we got to school it was 3:10. Everyone was gone. Overall this trip was fantastic and the staff were very polite.

After that we went to a Neolithic shelter and we had to but our hands in blood and mud I hope it wasn’t real blood then we rubbed it all over the fence so the wind didn’t blow it down then it was finally dinner time I was so happy when Miss said that. After dinner we went to this place it was a Mesolithic place inside for once and there was lots of food and antlers it was interesting then we felt the antlers and they were really heavy I also saw animal skin on the floor I felt that as well one of then were soft and one of them were a bit rough then we went back to school and went home.
