This week some of our Year 3 and Year 4 pupils took part in a football festival hosted at Lady Bridge High School. They worked incredibly hard as a team, competing against pupils from other schools while improving their football skills and building strong teamwork.
Taking part in festivals like this gives us the chance to test the skills we learn in PE lessons and put them into real game situations — passing the ball, shooting, communicating as a team, and responding to different game scenarios. It also helps children learn new skills they can bring back to school and share with classmates.
