Today we learnt about accessing health information online. We also learnt how to tell if health information online is true. One of the websites you should go to for help information is the NHS. An example of what is bad online is that they might give you misinformation, and another one is they might tell you that something is really wrong with you, like you have a brain tumour, but you just have a cold, and the bad thing about that is it can cause you to panic and be anxious. A good thing about checking online for help information is that if it works, it could save a person’s life. If you are worried about your health you should talk to a trusted adult and a doctor.
