Today as part of our smiley reward, the climbing wall came to our school and we had the opportunity to be rock climbers. Some children overcame their fears to climb the wall. It was trickier than it looked. Year 4 how did you feel climbing the wall.

I loved this because we got to climb up to the top of the climbing wall and I got to the top.
At first I was scared but when I did it I felt relaxed. I was so so close to the top.This smiley reward might be my favourite one. It looked hard at first but when I did it it wasn’t that hard.The rock was taller then the whole school.
I was petrified because I stood on that climbing wall nearly got to the top then stoped I felt like I was stood there 30 minutes and mrs Bain had to guide me because I was scared then all of a sudden I slipped and went down. Would you go down?🤔
I was on the hardest wall and i climbed half way the hardest one had blue rope and red blocks it was VERY VERY HIGH. I was terrified
That day when the climbing wall came felt really exciting then when we went out side and it was huge I tried to get to the top but I was so close and I loved it.
At first when I went on to the climbing wall I was so nervous I couldn’t think about what I was doing. The second time I went on I was less nervous and I was so close to making it to the top. I wanted to go on it again but we had no time.
When we did a climbing wall felt excited I tried to get to the top of the climbing wall I thought this is the best thing I’ve done

When I was on the red one I was so confused I didn’t know where to go after I came up it was very tricky Alexander almost made it to the top but Logan did. Logan made all the way to the top like can you believe it he had to break his limits to get to the top the wall climbing. When it was my cousins party at the end we did a bat game like this one but without the bat in school, me and my brother got first place and it was my brother and my first time doing that and we got FIRST and everybody else had done this before and it was me and my brothers( the one that is in high school treasure of course) like how crazy is that first place
I enjoyed doing this smiley reward because I went halfway and some people nearly got to the top. At first I was really scared but in the end I managed to do it. It was great and I hope that my class gets an another great smiley reward because this one was really fun.
This was soo fun like probably my 2nd favourite smiley reward ! it was so hard to grab onto the stones without your hands hurting I couldn’t go more than two or four steps on the yellow one. Ava asked if we can swap and I said no why but she came on mine, and then you needed to sort us out like not make us tangled . Everyone said the red one was hard( but it was easier than the yellow one ) .
I loved this workshop because we got go on a climbing wall I got a little high but I never gave up I was also scared because I thought I was not good at it.
