Today Year 4 took part in Trevi’s Timestable Trattoria! We started our day by going to an assembly to discuss what a trattoria needs to run and how much it costs! We had to figure out how Trevi could save £380 in twelve weeks!
In the afternoon we worked in teams, making sure we were using good communication and good teamwork and applied maths skills such as times tables and problem solving.
Can you explain what items from the trattoria you made with your team?

That day when Travis came in it was really fun we did challenges , and we made our body out of tables, chairs, candles we also had these cones and Travis asked us to count the pizza and times and get the right cones and he said that if you get them both right you would get 2 points and if you got one of the cones right you would get 1 point.
I loved this workshop because I had a great team and we made things with our own bodies
It was fun because we did we made chairs with our body
I enjoyed the trevi workshop because you had to do maths and building chais and furniture out of human trevi would ask questions and we needed to hold up cones the cone each had a number like two he would say two times three we needed to pick cones that worth the answer
This workshop was incredible! The colour cones were very hard to make them in to the number of the pizzas but we got 20 points! So it was definitely worth it.
This my favourite work shop because you had to multiple, build some things with you body.
This workshop was one of the most best workshops ever organised by Miss Harvey. We are very lucky to have these great opportunities for free! We had to save Mr Trevi’s Trattoria because the electricity was getting higher in prices because of inflation. We had to save £380.
At first I made a tea pot with four other people . Then we made things out of our body’s and we only made things in his pizza shop name was his name was Trevi.
When we did the Trevi workshop my team did well we worked as a team to make the shape Trevi told us to do. Me and my team all of us did a source pots challenge Trevi we got one wrong but nearly win.
I loved this workshop because it was fun and educational.we got to learn how to do maths and all these cool things trevi had in his shop . This was ONE of the best workshops ever .
On Tuesday year 4 took part in Trevi’s Timestable Trattoria we started by going to the music room to discuss what a trattoria needs to run and how much it costs. We had to figure out how Trevi could save £380 in twelve weeks or the trattoria will close.
In this workshop we made models of tables, candles and chairs and we answered some questions. We also won some points from our models!
I had an amazing time at the workshop and did you know I was playing with the winning team because we won the last game which was 10 points and we won the workshop and went with a fake trophy.
The maths work shop was amazing when we had to the to make a image my favourite one was the clock because we had lots of different ideas and angles because we had to to make 4.00 o’clock then I also liked when we had to to make the chair we made it with 5 people and it was really really fun.
We worked good as a team although we didn’t win the competition that Trevi made. I worked with a person I didn’t work with before and it was quite good! Trevi shows us a picture and we try to do the shape of it (like a table).
Today we had a workshop with Trevi. It was very fun, we did times tables and trying to save money.
I loved the workshop because it was really fun and it was so nice. The workshop was a great experience, I felt like I was in a real restaurant.
This workshop was mind blowing because we were making shapes like a chair a table and much more. This workshop was based on maths.
This was the best workshop because we got to do our times tables.
We made candles, table cloths, tables and a self serve till. It was fun working with Logan, Alex, Muhammad and Marvin.
Well done to everyone who took part.
Wow looks like Trevi is back! Can’t wait till he comes back and now I can show him that I know all my timetables (even my 13s) and we are going to beat him for once.
