One of our Cultural Capital visits this half term was from our class artist Hugh Templeton. Hugh came to teach us all about watercolour painting to help with our art topic. We really enjoyed working with him and finding out what it is like to be an artist.

It was hard painting the Stone Age Boy paintings.
This Hugh Templeton work shop was the best thing I have ever done in my school because we got to draw paint and it was about the Stone Age but not everything can go right in life like me
It was so fun and I think my drawing is so good as well. Hugh templeton is the best water colour teacher ever!
That was one of the best workshops I’ve done we are really lucky
It was really fun to paint with Hugh Templeton because we got to paint the Stone Age boy because we sketched the animals , cave paintings and Om and the Stone Age Boy
I loved this because we are lucky to have real artists in our school it’s just fantastic to see our memories because in year. 2 we had him as well!!
It was fun panting with Hugh Templeton because he is a real life water colour artist.I love to paint it is so fun it is my favourite subject
The Hugh Templeton workshop was the best because I could draw and paint the Stone Age Hugh Templeton helped me.
I love art and this was fun because I’m good at art and it is a bit hard because i try not to make an mistake and this were really hard because we were drawing animals and caves linked from the Stone Age.
it was bit tricky to paint . But it was fun with mr Hugh Templeton.
When we painted with Hugh Templeton we painted Stone Age we did wash background
Yellow brown orange red.
The workshop with Huge Templeton was very delight-full and also kind we were so glad nobody was out off the workshop I really enjoyed the workshop.
When I needed help Hugh Templeton would come and tell me something I can do about it and it helped a lot.
I had so much fun painting and dancing with Hugh Temple I love painting with Hugh Temple it was hard but fun I loved the dance called the twist and the song was pretty funny .
