Today, Year 5 took part in our sports assembly. We showed off our skills in three different races: a sprint race, a beanbag race, and an obstacle course . We really enjoyed taking part in all of our races and putting our skills to the test! Thank you to all parents who attended and helped us celebrate our success! Which race was your favourite Year 5?
My favourite race was bean bag race.
I loved the sports assembly because we got to be in groups and it was so much fun.My favourite race was the bean bag race because it was a bit tricky and I like challenges!
This week we did a sports assembly and all of our parents came. My favourite race was the obstacle race. There were 3 races and they were called obstacle race, sprint race and bean bag race. We would all get stickers at the end if you were first you get a sticker and if your second or third or last you’ll still get stickers. I got three first stickers in a row!
All the races were so fun, but my favourite one had to be the sprint race.

A few days ago was our sports assembly and we did 3 races. The 3 races were an obstacle course, a sprinting race and a beanbag race. My favourite race was the beanbag race because I am really good at it and I can always balance it on my head and it doesn’t move or fall . My mum and dad came and I got 1st place and two 2nd places. I had a photo with my mum and dad and really enjoyed it. I am so glad we did sports day.
The sports assembly was amazing, I loved all the races but my favourite one had to be the bean bag balance race. We all had a great time when we had the sports assembly even when we weren’t outside!
I have really enjoyed this sports day it was super fun. I was a bit nervous seeing all of the parents looking at us but I kept going till the very end. The 1st race was an obstacle race where we had to do little hops through a ladder, then ran to the hoops and did 10 star jumps then run to the end. The next round was a sprint race. The 3rd race was the trickiest, it was called the beanbag race, and you had to balance a beanbag on your head and walk as fast as you can. Then at the end if your family was there you can get a picture with them.
I really enjoyed sports day, there were three races, an obstacle course where you had to go through a ladder and then run to the hula hoop and do ten star jumps and run to the end. The second race was a sprint race, you had to run the first cone and back, then to the last cone. The third race was a bean bag balancing race, the bean bag had to balance on your head while going as fast as you can to the first cone and back, then to the last cone. It was so fun with all the parents cheering.
Today we have done three races one was the obstacle course, the second one was the sprint race and the third one was a beanbag race. I liked the sprint one.
I loved this sports assembly, it was so fun and my favourite race was the beanbag one it’s was the quickest and the easiest. It was a pleasure to see everyone’s parents and families come to watch us! It was so fun if I could one race again I would definitely do the beanbag one or the sprinting one.
I really enjoyed our sports assembly. I loved the races and they were so fun. The parents were cheering everyone on and we had 3 races such as the obstacle course, the sprint race and the beanbag race. For the beanbag race all we have to do was balance the beanbag on our heads while we ran.
