Today we have performed our Year 1 assembly! Our theme was all about our learning in PSHRE, especially looking at mental health and wellbeing. We know that mental health means ‘a positive or negative state of mind’. We talked about all of the amazing things we do at school to support our wellbeing, such as our smiley rewards, workshops, yoga in PE and all of the staff that help and support us in lots of different ways. We really enjoyed singing our song ‘What I Am’ all about being special and unique!

But sometimes things don’t go well and we feel emotions that
we don’t like. We know how to cope with as this is our normal part of our lives.
