1T have had such a fantastic day at Blackpool Zoo!
We saw all sorts of animals, including capybaras, tortoises, emus, lions, tigers, giraffes, otters, sea lions and elephants. We had such a great time using our Science knowledge to talk about whether the animals were mammals, reptiles or birds. We also looked at what the animals were eating to help us decide if they were carnivores, herbivores or omnivores.
We were very lucky to be able to see the big cat keepers placing food around their enclosures! We enjoyed a walk through Lemur Woods, and some curious lemurs came near to us to say hello! We also had great fun watching the sea lion show – they were so clever, doing lots of tricks both in and out of the water.

The gifferas were so tall
My favourite animals was the Giraffe and Tortoise.
We got to see the jerraffes.
Black pool zoo and we saw the animals then we gone to the coach.
Blake pool zoo was. So fun
My favourite animal was the sea lion show.
The sea lion did a backflip and it was so fun and it was a massing❤️
