This week, we have really enjoyed discussing Children’s Mental Health Week. We have enjoyed a special assembly from Mrs Claire all about Children’s Mental Health Week, and also talked about this together back in class. We know that we learn about looking after our mind in PSHRE.
We know some of the five ways to wellbeing that keep our minds healthy. These are:
- Connect: Build and maintain relationships with others
- Be active: Move your body and get some exercise
- Take notice: Appreciate the world around you
- Keep learning: Try new things and learn new skills
- Give: Do something kind for others

We have our relaxing rainbow.
