We talked about how important it is to tell a trusted adult if we are worried about anything we see online or offline. We learnt all about how to be good citizens and how to make sure we are being respectful to others. Next we talked about the three steps we need to follow to deal with something unkind we see online. We know that the first step is report them, then we need to block them and the last step is to tell a trusted adult. Then we talked about prejudice and discrimination. We know that prejudice is having a negative opinion of someone without actually knowing them. Discrimination is treating someone differently based on prejudice. We learnt how to locate hate and what to do if we see hate online.
