Whilst we are at home, it is important for us to look after our physical and mental health. Walk the Talk: The Health for All Challenge celebrates the importance of health and encourages us to take daily walks to breath in the fresh air and to spend quality time together talking about nice things. Boris has promoted in his speeches that it is important to do some form of exercise daily.
