Walk the Talk!

Walk the talk; following in Jesus footsteps - 2nd Week of Lent ...

Whilst we are at home, it is important for us to look after our physical and  mental health. Walk the Talk: The Health for All Challenge celebrates the importance of health and encourages us to take daily walks to breath in the fresh air and to spend quality time together talking about nice things. Boris has promoted in his speeches that it is important to do some form of exercise daily.

Have you been on any walks?  Where did you go? What do you talk about? How does it make you feel?

If possible, try to go for a walk every day! You could take some photographs whilst you are on your walks and post them so we can see where you have been – I would love this!

Since we are at home everyday i think children should take a walk in the park or at least play in their own garden.

Everyday in the morning, I walk 1 mile up Chorley New Road And back which equals 2 mile with my mum and sister. Then around 3:00, I go to park with my dad.
