Be kind to your mind!

Healthy Minds Youth Project is all about reducing the stigma that is attached to emotional and mental health. They are campaigning to try ad inspire children and young people in Bolton to know that it’s okay to talk about their emotional and mental health.

There are lots of ways you can be kind to your mind such as:

  • Reading a book
  • Doing craft activities
  • Keeping your mind busy
  • Creating memories with loved ones
  • Speaking to someone when you are feeling worried or sad – this could be your parents, brother, sister, cousin or even me via the Teams app.
