Our Class Assembly Song

Here are the words to our class assembly song so you can practise at home:

The screen glows bright on my laptop tonight

No friends are to be seen

I feel so isolated

And they just keep being mean

It just gets worse for me, I’m hurting deep inside

Can’t keep it in, heaven knows I’ve tried.

Don’t let them win, don’t let them see

Be the person you know that you can be

Stand up, don’t hide and let them know

Speak out and show…

Let them know, let them know

Don’t hold it back anymore

Let them know, let them know

They won’t slam the door

I know just what I’m going to say

Tell someone you trust

Bullies can’t bother me anyway!

It’s funny how some bullies make everyone feel small

But the fears that once controlled me can’t get to me no more

It’s time to show what I can do

I’ve had enough, I’m breaking through

I’m right, not wrong

And now you see, I’m free…

Let them know, let them know

I’m the one with the strength of mind.

Let them know, let them know

You’ll never see me cry

Here I stand and here I’ll stay

I’ll tell someone I trust

Bullies can’t bother me anyway!

Our French Class Assembly!

Today was our class assembly, and the children were absolutely fabulous! I am very, very proud of them, and we loved all the comments from our parents and important people who came to watch us!
